Very clean, close to beach, prompt response, fantastic overall experience. Amazing place for a family! Highly recommend it.

Great spot for boaters! The dock with a crane for lowering boats is a standout feature. Most rooms have small decks with lovely views, and the main deck has a swing (fits one adult or two kids), chairs, and a table. The outdoor grill with a gas connection is convenient, but grease near the valve needs cleaning. The ground-floor bedrooms (one king, one bunk with trundle) open to the garage, which felt a bit unsafe and odd. The listing mentioned two bunk beds in one room, but it’s one bunk per room, with two rooms total having bunks. The outdoor water area lacks safety guards, a concern for kids. A big plus is the variety of bikes, including kid-sized ones, which added fun to our stay. Overall, a unique waterfront stay with some quirks to address!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The highlight for us was the stunning view from the balcony—it was absolutely spectacular. Being right on the beach with such easy access made our trip even more enjoyable. My family and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! A wonderful location right on the beach. The views from the balcony are wonderful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We traveled with four adults and a toddler but could probably fit more. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for our family of 3 to stay for our first beach trip! It was accessible and conveniently located, very spacious and clean. The beach cart was a huge help to us and an unexpected surprise when we got there!! We will most definitely be visiting again!!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was very roomy and the location was perfect! The accommodations were amazing and the unit spotless. Steps away from the beach - such a great trip!

Relaxing on the Bay Our stay began with an HVAC issue that made things a bit challenging at first, especially since we had traveled several hours to celebrate my mother’s 62nd birthday. It was a disappointing start, but thankfully, things turned around.The home is truly beautiful and had everything we needed for a special family trip. We all had a relaxing time. Most of all, Zach was fantastic, kind, responsive, genuinely attentive to our needs and a blessing. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and we truly appreciated his support.Thanks to his help, we were able to enjoy our time together and create wonderful memories.
