We enjoyed our stay, the house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were surpised there was so much kitchen cookware and utensils, normally we need to bring our own. We could get to OCMD fairly easily and quickly for our Dance comp daily. There were a few issues, the downstairs back patio furniture was filthy, no lights outside on either back decks, elevator got stuck but they responded quickly and arrived within 30 mins. Comforter in closet was stained and not able to use. Garbage disposal smelled of old food so we bought a disposal foam cleaner to rid the smell.

Great spot for boaters! The dock with a crane for lowering boats is a standout feature. Most rooms have small decks with lovely views, and the main deck has a swing (fits one adult or two kids), chairs, and a table. The outdoor grill with a gas connection is convenient, but grease near the valve needs cleaning. The ground-floor bedrooms (one king, one bunk with trundle) open to the garage, which felt a bit unsafe and odd. The listing mentioned two bunk beds in one room, but it’s one bunk per room, with two rooms total having bunks. The outdoor water area lacks safety guards, a concern for kids. A big plus is the variety of bikes, including kid-sized ones, which added fun to our stay. Overall, a unique waterfront stay with some quirks to address!
