My family stayed at this location for my mom’s birthday. The owner was very communicable and responsive,every time we reached out to him. The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great area, where lots of entertainment and restaurants were located. My family will definitely be staying in one of the locations that this owner has in the near future.

The room has great views of the Ocean and perfect to watch the sunrise.

Our stay was perfect for what was needed for the weekend. Zachary was a great host, and communication was always pleasant and super timely. Very clean and comfortable place. Beautiful view of the ocean! We felt right at home and everyone in the building was friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in North OC!

Wonderful place to stay, perfect for two family’s with small children. Both contacts were great with responding to parking issues and elevator key (which is not their fault, there’s garage construction going on) when I couldn’t find the elevator key someone was sent over to help asap without me even having to ask! Great view too. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful condo. zach was an amazing host. immediate response when we called. Personally checked on us and brought us a hair dryer. 5 minutes to convention center. Close, walking distance to beach. Very secure building woth great covered parking. Will stay again if in area

Oceans Calling us to have the best time!! We had the best time at Salty Sands! It was spotless, beautifully decorated and had unbelievable views of the ocean. We enjoyed the space, the balcony, and the gorgeous kitchen! We had easy access to many places nearby and appreciated the guidebook tremendously! We would be back to Salty Sands in a Heartbeat!

Perfect We were looking for a place close to the ocean and with a master bedroom walk out to the patio. The condo is updated and well equipped. Highly recommend!
