this place was right by the beach! it wasn’t too busy, and lots of places to walk to. they had all the little things ready for us and answered quickly if we reached out.

We had a great stay over a long weekend. The host gave us clear and easy directions and was responsive to any messages sent his way.

Zach’s condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and is right on the boardwalk. It was so easy to get around and take breaks as needed with a little one. Zach was very responsive and was quick to communicate with us. He checked in to see how we were settling in and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were sizable and comfortably accommodated us for our stay. I especially loved having the in unit washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen for our needs. Being on the boardwalk, you do hear all the activity in the area, however, the city does enforce the noise ordinances. I would stay again!

We had a great time here. The location and view were perfect!

Spent a long weekend here and it was amazing. Easy walk to the beach and the room was amazing. Didn’t feel like all four of us were on top of each other. It is an amazing location with restaurants and other things to do either at walking distance or a quick drive. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will stay here again in the near future!

Zach was very responsive to our needs. There were a few problem areas including soiled bedding and broken or missing items. Zach was helpful and responsive to messages. The mattresses were comfortable and the house was spacious. I hope that Zach hires a better cleaning crew to meet the expectations of those staying. The house comes with off street parking and is centrally located.

It was an amazing stay! The place was beautiful and the view took it over the top. Definitely will be back! The host was very helpful and responsive. The whole process was smooth and easy.

We had a very quick stay for a bball tournament at the convention ctr. Conveniently located and within walking distance. What stood out was the view of the bay…simply beautiful. Home is as pictured and well maintained. We were a bit surprised to see that items such as toilet paper, laundry / dishwasher pods, trash bags were rationed out. Overall, we were very pleased and would come again.
