Great place for our beach vacation! The location was perfect and close to the boardwalk and many sites were within walking distance. We had a great time!

Great space, highly recommend if you are in town for an event at Roland E. Powell Convention Center (no need to deal with the parking situation at the center, just walk on over!) The space itself was lovely (just as depicted) and our group of 5 had a comfortable stay. It's about ten minutes away from the boardwalk by car, which also worked for us as it had a quieter, calmer vibe. I'll definitely be considering this location next time I'm in town!

Overall a good product....couple of maintenance issues that hopefully will be resolved for future guests.

Absolutely stunning ocean view! There is a private little sandy path on the side of the building, a minute walk or less to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, a big one bedroom. The kitchen had great amenities. We especially appreciated the fully stocked Keurig. We were sad to only have visited for one night. We will absolutely return. Our host happened to help us with our bags on our way in, and gave us a delicious bottle of wine. We appreciated his hospitality. Thanks again! We miss OC already.

The home was just as described, we had a small issue when we arrived. The owner was very responsive and showed up right away. I would highly recommend! Especially if you’re a fan of seacrets! It’s literally right next door but you can not hear the music or anything, very accommodating.

We had a great experience staying at 301 Salty Sands through OCVH. From start to finish, it felt like we were right at home. Our host was proactive in communication and very attentive to our needs during our stay. The unit is a nice oceanfront 3 BR condo with a short walk to beach and has all the amenities we needed during our stay, including towels and linens. Its location @ 45th street is ideal with bus stop on both sides of CH. We would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

My wife and I chose this place for our 22nd anniversary. We enjoyed the beachfront view from the private balcony and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the chairs and umbrella as well. Plenty to do nearby and not far to drive to the boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Amazing view from the balcony. The space was very clean and matched the description and photos. We didn’t notice the elevator until after we lugged our many bags upstairs but that was nice to have as well. The location is great - very walkable to the main road and easy to catch the bus. Quick walk to the beach, it also wasn’t a busy access point so it almost felt like we had our own private beach. The beach wagon was super helpful to use as well and having the washer/dryer/drying rack was very convenient. Couches and bed were very comfortable. Overall we had an amazing week here and would definitely stay here again!
