Wow! My family & I really enjoyed our time here! We had everything we needed & then some. No issues or concerns. We were able to come right in & make ourselves at home. The hosts were very thoughtful. Beautiful view of the bay & awesome balcony to relax...very peaceful. We'd love to come back! Thanks for allowing us to unwind & really enjoy ourselves. Our time was so desperately needed & our stay did not disappoint!

This was an amazing place to stay for our family. We didn’t have cable due to something on the hotels end. Zach communicated every step on trying to get it resolved. It wasn’t a big deal to us because we had streaming options and spent more time making memories than watching tv. Beds were comfortable. Host was very attentive. One thing that I really appreciated was the furniture on the balcony! It wasn’t that cheap plastic that you get at some places. I highly recommend staying here!

The master bathroom shower was not clean enough dirty linen and bedding covers in the closet and no clean extra bedding. I love all the house hold items and location Refrigerator not cold enough and doesn’t stay shut

My stay was pleasant everything was as advertised & the host kept in touch from start to finish definitely be back nxt yr this time

Loved this unit very spacious and clean customer service was excellent I have no complaints I’m ready to book my next stay!

The condo was great, the only issue was the condo directly underneath us the occupants smoked constantly outside. And they had to be smoking weed inside because that smell was coming into our restroom. And walking in and out from outside they were also smoking weed. The property is supposed to be smoke free. But you can’t control what guests will do. So overall quite and lovely condo. Good location!

We had an excellent couple of days at the Golden Sands. Teenagers absolutely loved the 22nd floor with pool, weight room, and game room. Condo is very clean, exactly as pictured in the listing. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Welcome packet was great bc gave us enough supplies for our short stay. Condo is conveniently located to a lot of different restaurants and things to do. Host was absolutely the most accomodating person I've ever dealt with. We will be back for sure!

This Townhome was great for pets because of the fenced in yards and plenty of space to walk dogs with patches of grass everywhere. Everything was so clean and decorated very cool! Location was wonderful, down the street from Bull on the Beach and a coffee shop!

We had a fantastic time staying here!! The view was absolutely breathtaking of both the bay and Oceanside from the 22nd floor. Walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and Dumsers! The unit felt very clean. So nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub downstairs too! We only used our car once to drive down to the boardwalk. The condo looks just like the pictures. The hosts were very responsive. Easy check in and check out and it was so nice that linens and towels were also provided! Hoping to come visit again soon, and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was the same as pictured . Great Place. We would highly recommend the house we stayed at, especially if you go during the Summer. Close to the beaches. Zach & Alex was very helpful and responsive when we needed to call. Thanks Zach & Alex for all that you did! we would definitely refer family & friends

Great stay in a good area lots to do with the ocean 2 steps from you.,home was exactly how described very spacious.

We had a great stay here at this beautifully renovated condo. Everything was nicely decorated and comfortable and truly gave off a feeling of being home. The view from the balcony is perfect and I enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean each morning while sipping coffee.The few times I had to reach out to the property management they responded very quickly and were extremely helpful. We wish we were able to experience the indoor pool during our stay but unfortunately it was under renovation but will be reopening next month! Tons of restaurants for any type of meal were either within walking distance or a short drive away which was super convenient. There are even a few mini golf courses close by which was great because we didn’t have to travel down towards the inlet to play. Also, a grocery store is just across the street. Can’t beat it! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and we look forward to staying again soon!
