Ocean City Vacation Homes was a fantastic host. The stay was great. The home is listed for sale which is why we chose this home, since we are in the market for a beach house. The HOA staff in the community office and the guard station are wildly unprofessional and rude. Of the 7 or 8 people we interacted with, only one was decent/friendly. It’s a shame because we loved the home otherwise. Not only will we be removing the home from our list of contenders, we most certainly will not be back. There is definitely a toxic culture among the management of the community and it reflects poorly on the stay overall.

Great place!

This was the perfect location for our friend group to stay for Cruise Week. The privacy was great for parking and being away from the noise of costal highway but close enough for us to walk to restaurants and other businesses. The hosts were very responsive even at later hours of the night. Highly recommend staying here or at one of their other locations.

Everything Shower to small

Excellent location , right on the beach and an excellent , unobstructed view of ocean 100 yards away. Very clean. My wife and I have stayed in multiple locations throughout the U.S. and intend on revisiting this location. Seems some updating was done - wonderful primary bedroom bathroom - nice job on the shower! Very clean! Couple items that could improve anyone's stay: 1. Feel a significant fire hazard with the toaster oven directly (within 8-10 ") below a highly combustible fiber board bottom of overhanging shelves in kitchen - would move to far left so nothing near it. Or another location that suits. 2. Need a couple new frying pans - no stick frying pan is done for.....and does not sit on the stove well. 3. Auto trash lid not working (suppose was batteries?); appears 1-2 T.V. remotes not working, again, batteries? T.V. manual? 4. Not sure if owner's response is partly A.I. , however, responses to our inquiries regarding how T.V.'s worked seemed so... perhaps , not.

Matched description and photos perfectly. We had an issue with the dishwasher and host was very responsive and had someone there that day to fix it. Neighborhood is quiet, and the sunsets were unbelievable.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great! Waking up to the sunrise on the water was so peaceful! I would love to come back and stay here! I was a little disappointed in the lack of toiletry items. The location slept 8 people, and we were only given 3 toilet paper rolls. I also did not like we had to take out out own trash- that was inconvenient. Check out time was 10, which is earlier than most, so cleaning and taking out the trash really put us in a rish.

Very nice property l, appears to have been redone very recently! Property includes a parking space which is wonderful for Ocean City Maryland.

Very nice place to stay. Only a block from the action with pleasant surroundings.

Great view from the patio so nice highly recommend especially cruise week right on the strip near Wawa

Location, right in center of OC .2 bedrooms. Easy parking 2nd bedroom, bunk beds are a little lacking. Luckily we only had 2 teenage girls with us . Couch waa comfy but could be bigger or additional seating as not enough if u actually had 6 guests, we had 4
