Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Each property has its own set of house rules. The place was as described, with on site parking included. It had a great oceanfront view from the balcony, easy beach access, and was equipped with needed items. I do wish beach towels or chairs were included with the rental as we flew on from out of state and had to buy stuff, but we came expecting that. The beds were comfy and clean, and it was perfect for our weekend trip. I would recommend this place and stay again!

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent from Zach again! The Airbnb was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and utensils, and the unit itself was very comfortable. The building was also nice and quiet, which we appreciated. The location was great and close to everything we needed during our stay. The beach view was beautiful, although unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to fully enjoy it. The personal code system also made getting in and out very easy and convenient. We did experience a small parking/pass communication issue at check-in, but Zach was very responsive, accommodating, and resolved everything quickly once we reached out. There was also a slight smell in the full bathroom, but air freshener fixed it easily, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Outside of those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!
